Tailor-made stay

Dream along for a moment

This is what a carefree week in Les 3 Vallées could look like.

  1. Saturday

I plan the route. The transfer is waiting at the train station or the airport, you arrive at your chalet and the ski passes are ready.

  2. Sunday

A ski lesson in the morning, then a tailor-made route to Saint-Martin. Lunch at the Michelin-starred La Bouitte, before you ski on at a leisurely pace. In the evening, a light meal from the caterer.

  3. Monday

A private lesson or a winter walk along Lac de Tuéda, with lunch by the open fire at Refuge du Plan. Then a gentle warm-up in the chalet's sauna.

  4. Tuesday

A new ski route to Courchevel, adapted to the weather. Those who wish can explore the boutiques of Courchevel 1850; the rest stay on the piste. Then après-ski at La Folie Douce, followed by a quiet evening with a private chef in the chalet.

  5. Wednesday

A wellness day at Spa du Ruitor. A snowmobile tour in the afternoon. The day ends with a fondue in a Savoyard restaurant.

  6. Thursday

A snowshoe walk through the silent landscape for the non-skiers. In the evening a snow groomer picks the party up for a dinner on the mountain at the piste restaurant Le Tipi.

  7. Friday

One last private lesson, then time to stroll through the village centre. In the evening, dinner at Le Clos Bernard, a cosy mountain chalet tucked away in the forest, with grilled dishes cooked over the open fire.

  8. Saturday

After a last coffee with a view over the pistes, the equipment is returned. The transfer is ready on time for a carefree ride to the station or the airport.

Portrait of Sarah, standing in the snow

Six years ago I landed in Méribel, the 'heart' of Les 3 Vallées. Since then I have found love there, and a second home.

I now know Les 3 Vallées far beyond the piste map. I know which restaurants are overrated, where the party carries on after La Folie Douce, where you can still ski well on an icy day and what there is to do for non-skiers too.

That has become my passion: bringing together the right addresses, experiences and details so that your winter trip is unforgettable.

“Thanks to Sarah, my first experience in Méribel and Courchevel went incredibly smoothly. She accompanied me on a walk, helped me arrange my ski equipment and gave me great addresses for wellness and restaurants. I could even count on her guidance on the pistes. Everything was arranged down to the last detail. Thank you, Sarah, for this wonderful experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend her!” — Véronique V., January 2026
“We went on a ski trip to Méribel during the Easter holidays. Sarah Declerq helped us brilliantly with tips for restaurants, hotels and shops. We were made to feel very welcome and greatly appreciated her advice. Definitely recommended!” — Juliette K., April 2026
“For our ski trip at the end of March we called on travel adviser Sarah. Everything was organised to perfection. The TGV journey went like clockwork and when we arrived at the final station the taxi was already waiting to take us to the apartment. The apartment was exactly as Sarah had described it. She welcomed us with a delicious cocktail. We had a wonderful ski trip all round. Merci Sarah!! Top organisation!! And we’ll be back next year.” — Bart K., April 2026
